Insofar as the relief sought for in prayer 'a' of the plaint is concerned, the second respondent/first defendant has agreed that the said prayer can be granted in favour of the first respondent/plaintiff and in respect of the remaining prayers, the first respondent/plaintiff will be giving up the said reliefs as against the defendants. 5.Learned counsel for the second respondent/first defendant submits that the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff is agreeable for the second respondent/first defendant. 6.Learned counsel for the second respondent/first defendant seeks time to get instructions with regard to the settlement.
