Also heard Mr. K K Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed praying for modification of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Rev.P No. 69/2025. 3. Some gold bullions were seized by police. This Court directed the police authorities to give custody of the seized gold bullions to the present petitioner after verification of documents and on furnishing a bond of ₹50,000/-. 4. The gold bullions were purchased by the petitioner from Bhutan Duty Free Establishment. Therefore, the Investigating Officer did not go to Bhutan to verify those documents. 5. The Investigating Officer is directed to give the custody of the 14 numbers of gold bullions to the petitioner on furnishing a bond of of ₹50,000/-..
