Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2. 4. As per orders of this Court dated 23.07.2024, the bail was granted to the Respondent No.2 – Mangat Singh @ Mangu in BA 1st No.1352 of 2024. The bail granted to the Respondent No.2 – Mangat Singh @ Mangu was cancelled by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2025. 5. Now, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 – Mr. Mani Kumar, filed a recall application for recalling of the order dated 22.07.2025. 6. As per law since the bail of the Applicant has been cancelled on default, the Applicant needs to file a fresh bail application in this regard. 7. Accordingly, the recall application is dismissed.
