At the very outset learned AGA has produced the instruction letter dated 17.8.2025 produced by the Sub-Inspector, P.S. Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri. Along with instruction letter he has provided the history- sheet of the petitioner, both are taken on record. 4. Sri Dwivedi has stated that there is no mention of criminal history in the writ petition. 5. Learned counsel for the petition has submitted that he is not aware of any such criminal history of the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that he may be permitted to not press the writ petition and liberty may be given to file a fresh petition.
