Mr. Anil K. Bisht, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher L.T. Grade (Mathematics) in Government Inter College, Dungrakot, District Pithoragarh. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Competent Authority to consider his case for transfer to a Sugam place. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has served at Durgam places for more than 16 years, therefore, he has earned the right to be considered for transfer to a Sugam place. 5. Since petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus, therefore, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if petitioner is permitted to make representation, regarding his transfer, to the Competent Authority. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation, regarding his transfer, to Additional Director, Kumaon, Nainital, within ten days from today. If he makes representation within stipulated time, Additional Director shall take decision in the matter, within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
