The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the Authorities concerned to give the remaining ACP, dearness allowance, and arrears of promotional benefit including arrears of salary including 9% interest per annum. 3. Contention of learned counsel for petitioner is that for the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3. 4. In view of the innocuous prayer being made, without going into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3, i.e., Deputy Director of Dudhwa Tiger Reseve, Lakhimpur Kheri, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, within a period of eight weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 5.
