In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing Case Crime No.0219 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 318, 338, 336 (3), 340 of B.N.S., Police Station- Sandila, District- Hardoi. 4. Sri G.D. Bhatt has produced instructions letter dated 21.09.2025 provided by In-charge Inspector/ Investigating Officer, P.S. Sandila, District- Hardoi, the same is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 17.09.2025. On that, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has no information to that effect. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this is really a sorry state of affair that the person, who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, has not intimated this fact to his counsel. 7. Since learned counsel for the petitioner is requesting that this writ petition may be dismissed being not pressed, therefore, this writ petition Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjeev Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
