GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents. 2. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in providing the police protection to the firm of the petitioner on the representations dated 18.07.2024 and 22.07.2024. 3. On 23.04.2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished a copy of instructions from the Investigating Officer. 2 4. As seen from the instructions, it is stated that Crime No.91 of 2024 was registered in Peapully Police Station of Nandyal district and that is not related to the Bethamcherla Police Station and that apart it is stated that no complaint was reported in Bethamcherla Police Station from Sesha Sayee Mining Enterprise (for short “SSME”) and that the police in order to prevent untoward incidents at SSME and its premises, serving day beats. It is stated since the company is a private entity, providing of police security on daily basis may not be feasible. 5. The learned senior counsel submits that the Station House Officer, Bethamcherla Police Station, may be directed to conduct regular day beats to the premises of SSME as that would help mitigate the threat perspective of the petitioner. 6. Considering the above submissions, the 4th respondent shall direct the concerned officers to conduct regular day beats covering the Sesha Sayee Mining Enterprise belonging to the petitioner and to act in accordance with law if any complaint is received from the petitioner or the enterprise. 7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 8.
