Today, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem to submit that the controversy involved in these writ petitions are squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment and order dated 28.09.2021 passed in WPMS No.1995 of 2021 and Batch. 3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed in the light of judgment and order dated 28.09.2021 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPMS No.1995 of 2021 Ramkripal Sah Vs.
