Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State and learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6. Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6 would submit that respondents 5 and 6 obtained an interim injunction from the competent Civil Court and suppressing the said fact, petitioners obtained an interim order from this Court Order dated 25.06,.2021 in lA No.l of 2021 and that there are no merits in the contentions of the petitioners and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and that this court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. A perusal of the material on record, no contra material is placed on record by the Petitioners by controverting the contention of the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6. In that view, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
