Khajuria, Advocate, for the non-applicant/appellant. Mr. Anirudh Sharma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. CMP No. 12706 of 2025 The appeal in the case at hand was decided on 1.6.2017. Vide order dated 13.8.2024 passed in CMP No. 13658 of 2024, release of compensation amount falling to the share of the present applicant (respondent No.61) had been ordered. Subsequent thereto when the matter was scrutinized by the Accounts Branch, it came to the light that the name of the present applicant/respondent No.61 had wrongly been recorded as Ramesh Kumar instead of Rakesh Kumar. In the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, an appropriate application for rectification of name as was mentioned in the original award passed by the concerned collector was made before the reference Court. The aforesaid rectification was allowed vide order dated 13.3.2025. Copy whereof is appended alongwith as Annexure A-1 in the present application. In view of the aforesaid rectification made by the reference Court, applicants are permitted to place on record the amended memo of parties, which is at page Nos. 439 and 440 of the paper book. In the said amended memo of parties, appropriate corrections have been made. In view thereof, order dated 13.8.2024 be complied with forthwith subject to proper verification.
