Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the records. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to the respondent No. 3 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has made the following main prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties not harass the petitioner and not interfere in his peaceful possession in the aforesaid house. ii) Any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper as the circumstances of the case, be also passed in favour of petitioner." 4. Learned A.G.A. has produced the instructions letter dated 12.08.2025 provided by one Javed Ahmad, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Inhauna, District- Amethi, which is taken on record. 5. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of aforesaid instructions, has informed that the petitioner is not being harassed uncecessarily in any manner whatsoever, rather one civil suit is pending in the subject matter. 6. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the prayers made in this writ petition are misconceived, accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to records. September 15, 2025 (Manoj K.)
