Mishra, learned Counsel for the appellants submitted that as the proceedings are still pending before the Writ Court and the application for impleadment of the appellant is also pending, a direction be issued to the Writ Court to consider and decide the application for impleadment, and if that is allowed, to consider the application for vacation of the interim order, which has already been filed. We, accordingly, dispose of the application for leave to appeal in the aforesaid terms. Memo of Appeal The Special Appeal is also disposed of in view of the aforesaid.
