Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to determine seniority of petitioner from 22nd July 1999 and for decision on their representation. However learned State counsel has raised preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of this petition in view of the fact that final seniority list for the post of Gram Vikas Adhikari has already been notified in the year 2020 but no challenge has been raised thereto. In view of such objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh challenging the final seniority list. Accordingly the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
