Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant has opposed the application on the ground that the liability has been wrongly fastened upon the insurer as the deceased has been held to be gratuitous passenger. He submits that the appeal can be heard at the admission stage to which other side has no objection. Accordingly, list the appeal for hearing at admission stage on 18th July, 2025.
