The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayer:- Crmp 805 of 2023 2 “It is therefore, prayed than this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quashed the Criminal Case pending before the learned, JMFC Durg vide Crime No.465/2014 is criminal case no.4205/2014 in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that this petition has become infructuous as the matter has been settled between the parties through compromise, and the trial has also been concluded. 3.
