Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1, Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and perused the record. 3. This writ petition has been filed for the following main prayer :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 26.05.2025 issued by the opposite party no. 3 as contained in Annexure no.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." 4. We have perused the notice issued to the petitioner which says that the petitioner is in possession and has encroached upon Gata No.93 A area 0.330 hectare recorded as banjar land in village/mohalla Khurram Nagar which vests in the Nagar Nigam. Petitioner has been given 15 days time to reply to the said notice. The Petitioner has not filed any reply to the notice till date. 5. Let the petitioner file a reply within 10 days' from today to the said notice. In case, no final order has been passed till date, the reply of the petitioner shall be considered and appropriate order be passed thereafter within a further period of four weeks. 6.
