The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation was submitted by the petitioner on 19.03.2025 to the 3rd respondent seeking police aid in implementation of the interim injunction granted in IA.No.212 of 2022 in OS.No.24 of 2022 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge – Cum – Judicial First Class Magistrate at Puttur. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police have not acted upon the representation of the petitioners and are ultimately aiding the third parties to flout the orders passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge – Cum – Judicial First Class Magistrate at Puttur. 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 19.03.2025 and ensure the compliance of the orders of the Court in IA.No.212 of 2022 in OS.No.24 of 2022 in letter and spirit. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
