Shri Perwaiz Wahab Khan, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.5 and Shri Anagh Shukla, has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.4. Both are taken on record. 2. Shri Girish Chandra Shinha, Advocate has filed caveat on behalf of Ajay Kumar Rastogi, who has not been impleaded as respondent in the array of parties. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents 1 to 3, Shri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for respondent no.4, Shri Perwaiz Wahab Khan for respondent no. 5 and Shri Girish Chandra Sinha, Advocate appearing for the Caveator. 4. Shri Sinha, says that the land belongs to Ajay Kumar Rastogi. There are other concealments in the writ petition as pointed out by Shri Sinha. 5. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite party no.3 i.e. Sub Registrar, Sadar, Faizabad, District Ayodhya to register the sale agreement deed in favour of the petitioner pertaining to the Bhumidhari Land of Gata No.57/407, area 3.288 hectare out area 39-0-10 which is situated at Gram Majha. Jamthara, Mahal Inta, Pargana Haweli Awadh, Tehsil Sadar, District Ayodhya in favour of the petitioner." 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage, prays that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. 7. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
