Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 1 to correct the service record of the petitioner as per section 20 (b) of the Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2017. ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 1 to reconsider the transfer of the petitioner after the correction of the service record of the petitioner in accordance with law.” 4. No direction can be issued by this Court to the authorities to correct the details about the services rendered by the petitioner at durgam places. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the competent authority. If he makes such representation, within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within ten days thereafter.
