JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 04.08.2025 Heard the learned counsel Mr. A Ahmed appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K K Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed praying for modification of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court in AB No.282/2024. 3. The applicant was directed to appear before the Trial Court for seeking regular bail on 24.01.2025, but he could not do so because he had to go to Bangladesh for search of livelihood. 4. Therefore, Mr. Ahmed prays for some more time so that the applicant can appear before the Trial Court. 5. After hearing the learned counsel of both sides, the prayer of Mr. Ahmed is allowed. 6. The applicant Amar Kumar Brahma is directed to appear before the Trial Court within next 10 days for seeking regular bail. 7. The interim order passed earlier shall continue for the period of 10 days only. With the aforesaid direction, the IA stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
