2 2 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):-
“(i) allow the instant petition, (ii) quash the FIR No.120/2022 dated 07/08/2022 and FIR No.171/2022 dated 10/11/2022 both registered at P.S. Hasaud, District Sakti (C.G.) and consequent proceeding in SST No.7-2023 and SST No.8- 2023 between State of C.G. Vs. Ishwar Chandra Kashyap pending in the Court of Special Judge (FTSSC) Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) (iii) discharge the petitioner from the offence punishable under Section 67-B of Information Technology Act and Section 14 of the POCSO Act in the interest of justice.” 3
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court. 4 Learned State counsel has endorses the submission advanced by
