The writ petition is filed against the order passed by the Regional Joint Commissioner, Endowments Department in Appeal No.07 of 2008, dated 06.12.2008, filed by the respondent No.3 against the proceedings of the respondent No.1 recognizing the petitioner as landless poor tenant in terms of the provisions of Section 82 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (in short ‘the Act’). 3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. 4. However, the cause in the writ petition also would not survive since the proceedings under Section 82 of the Act are subject to review for every three (03) years. 5. The Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
