The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to quashed the impugned both complaint case by setting aside the cognizance order dated 14/06/2024 in case No.- 8174/21 and order dated 16/07/2024 in case No.- 8180/21 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Shrawasti Bhinga." On being confronted, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that without acceding main prayer sought, the present application be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to pursue his application dated 26.05.2025 before the Magistrate concerned. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. submits that present application is not maintainable. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present application. The present application is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to pursue his application dated 26.05.2025 before the Magistrate concerned, who shall pass appropriate order, as per law.
