The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the respondent no.2 decide the revision dated 02.11.2023 preferred by the petitioner against the punishment order dated 04.08.2022 passed by the respondent no.4 and the appellate order dated 24.08.2023 passed by the respondent no.3. 3. In view of the innocuous prayer being made, without going into the merits of the case, respondent no.2- Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow is directed to decide the petitioner's revision dated 02.11.2023, expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is served upon him, in case, the same has yet not been decided. If the revision has already been decided, a copy of the final decision shall be served upon the petitioner. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is hereby disposed of.
