5.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a delay in submitting first information. The injured has suffered only simple injury in the incident in question. The petitioner has been enlarged on bail in all earlier criminal cases registered against him. Accordingly, he prays to allow the petition.
6. Per contra, learned HCGP has opposed the petition. She submits that the petitioner is a person with criminal antecedents and in spite of he being enlarged on bail in earlier cases is now involved in another heinous crime. Accordingly, she prays to dismiss the petition.

hospital and submitted his first information, based on which FIR in Crime No.80/2024 was registered against the petitioner. Investigation in the case is completed and charge sheet has been filed. The petitioner is in custody from 16.06.2024. It is not in dispute that the injured victim has suffered only simple injury in the incident in question.
8.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in all the criminal cases registered against the petitioner earlier, he has been granted bail. Apprehension of the learned HCGP can be taken care of by imposing appropriate conditions. Under these circumstances, I am of the opinion that, the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of regular bail needs to be answered affirmatively.
