This application has been filed seeking the following main relief(s):- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed to quash the order dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure No. 1) passed by the Learned Court of Additional District Judge-VII, Lucknow, in Criminal Appeal No. 182/2025, (Mohd. Akhatar Sayed Khan Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) whereby the application for adjournment dated 08.08.2025 filed by the applicants was dismissed and direct the Learned Appellate Court i.e Learned Court of Additional District Judge-VII, Lucknow to hear the criminal appeal filed by the applicants against the order dated 12.02.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Lucknow together with the Criminal Appeal No. 182/25 (Mohd. Akhatar Sayed Khan Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) and decide them together, in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may please to direct the Learned Appellate Court i.e. Additional District Judge-VII, Lucknow not to pronounce judgement in Criminal Appeal No. 182/25 (Mohd. Akhatar Sayed Khan Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) till me appeal filed by the applicants is heard. Furthermore, this Hon'ble Court may please connect the appeal no. 182/25 pending in the court of Learned Additional District Judge-VII, Lucknow and criminal appeal bearing Crl. Misc. Case No. 4461/2025 filed by applicants pending in the court of Learned Court of Additional District Judge-XII, Lucknow for hearing, in the interest of justice." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the present application has been rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 5. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as infructuous.
