The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no.6 and 7 from the land Gata No. 432 area 0.105 Hectare situated at Village- Akhtiyari Kotila, Pargana-Bihar, Tehsil-Kunda, District-Pratapgarh and made the same in its original shape, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have been initiated against the opposite parties no.6 and 7, which are said to be pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to conclude the said proceedings in accordance with law within a period of 90 days as prescribed in the statute.
