The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and allow the claim of the petitioners for registration of their names in the family register and attendant records of Gram Panchayat Ibrahimpur, showing their address as village Bargadia (Bahera) Gram Panchayat Ibrahimpur Block and Tehsil Mitauli, Thana-Nimgaon, District-Kheri, and expunge the name of the petitioner No. 1 from the family register of of Gram Panchayat Jamhaura Block and Tehsil Mitauli District-Kheri and carry out the said exercise within a definite frame of time, such as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. As respondent Nos.3, 5 and 6 are empowered to take decision on the application filed by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of directing the said respondents to take action and pass fresh orders, positively within a period of three weeks from today.
