Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1, 2 & 3. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.iv is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash the FIR dated 16.05.2025 bearing FIR/ Case Crime No.0110 of 2025, under Section 74 of B.N.S., Police Station- Mahanagar, District- Lucknow with further prayer to direct the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to FIR/ Case Crime No.0110 of 2025 (supra). 4. Learned AGA, on the basis of specific instructions, has apprised the Court that investigation has been completed and police report dated 21.05.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority and such police report may be submitted before the learned Trial Court very soon. 5. Having considered the statement of learned AGA, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed being infructuous. 6. However, it is always open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the competent authority/ court of law for redressal of his grievance.
