Heard Mr. Onkar Nath Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prem Shankar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to respondent No. 4 to 8 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- “(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite parties to ensure fair and proper investigation in case crime no. 0140 of 2025, Under Section 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2),352 and 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023 Police Station Kotwali Bikapur, District Ayodhya. The true copy of impugned First Information Report is being annexed hereto as Annexure no.1 to the Writ Petition.” 4. Learned A.G.A. has filed instructions dated 22.08.2025 provided by Mr. Raj Kumar, Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Ayodhya, which is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, the investigation is going on properly and 11 parchas have been prepared. The credible/ incriminating material is being collected. The investigating officer has assured that he will abide by the procedure so prescribed while conducting the investigation. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid instructions, we do not find any cogent reason to keep this petition pending, therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue, this petition is disposed of finally at the admission Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Onkar Nath Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
