That the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ of direction may kindly be directed to extend the benefits of the PTA under Grant-In-Aid Rules, 2006 to the Petitioner w.e.f. the date of his initial employment i.e.01.08.2013 till 13.04.2017 alongwith interest @ 9% p.a in the light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Court in Sangeeta Devi and Ors. V/S State of Himachal Pradesh and ors, bearing CWP No. 2218/2018. B. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to re-engage the Petitioner's services as Assistant Professor (Hindi) in terms of the notification issued by the State -2- Government as the Petitioner is fully eligible to hold the post as per Recruitment and Promotion Rules.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has preferred a representation dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents for redressal of the grievances as raised in the writ petition. However, the said representation has not yet been decided by the respondents/competent authority. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with directions to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
