1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties 1 to 4. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No. 5 stands dispensed with.
2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 3rd July 2025 initiating disciplinary proceedings against petitioner. Further prayer for payment of salary from April 2025 till today and for payment of travelling allowance and daily allowance for 105 days, in terms of Government order dated 5th March 2019 has also been sought. Prayer has also been made for posting petitioner in any place in district Raebareli except F.S.D. Depot, Raebareli/Sitapur or Lucknow.

4. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority.
5. Considering innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. The Regional Food Controller, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
