The present Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 21.08.2014, passed in E.P.No.226 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No.130 of 1991, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that E.P.No.226 of 2013 was filed by the petitioner seeking for attachment of the amount lying in the Current Account i.e., online account No.10889525262 of the Sub Registrar, Gudur relating to Stamp Duty Collection at SBI, Gudur Branch, Nellore District. 3. On verification of the status of the case in e-courts, the E.P. was dismissed on 15.12.2016 vide a separate order. As the main E.P. itself is dismissed, no further orders are required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
