It has been submitted that subsequently in view of the fact that Income Certificate of the said opposite party has been cancelled vide order dated 06.08.2025, directions have been issued for fresh advertisement on the said post without considering candidature of petitioner. 4. It is, therefore, submitted that petitioner would require to challenge the said order to that aforesaid extent. 5.
