The writ petition has been filed only for a direction to the respondents for clearance of all undisputed and admitted dues of the petitioner in respect of the work executed by the petitioner vide work order dated 12.09.2018 arising out of a tender for construction of drainage and C.C. cement road construction in Ward No. - 2, various places of Pushpak Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents also have in fact meanwhile processed the claim of the petitioner, but thereafter there has been no further development so far as releasing of the dues are concerned. He further submits that till date there has been no dispute whatsoever raised by the respondents in respect of the quantity and the quality of the work completed by the petitioner 3. Learned counsel for the Corporation appearing on advance notice submits that subject to due verification and scrutiny of the claim of the petitioner, appropriate steps shall be taken at the earliest within a period of 60 days 4. Given the statement made by the counsel for the Corporation, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to ensure that the admitted undisputed dues of the petitioner in respect of the work executed by the petitioner from the work order dated 12.09.2018 is cleared within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
