Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mohmmed Tariq, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the award dated 02.01.2025. 3. By means of the said award, the labourer was reinstated in service and was directed to be entitled to all the benefits with regard to backwages. 60% of the back wages were awarded. 4. Both the parties agree that respondent had now retired and this claim would be confined to the backwages only. 5. After counselling, both the parties agree that instead of 60% of the backwages as awarded by the Tribunal, the same may be reduced to 45% of the backwages. 6. In view thereof, the ward dated 02.01.2025 is modified to the extent that instead of 60% of the backwages, the respondent would be entitled to 45% of the backwages as full and final satisfaction of the award.
