Rayavaram Mandals of Visakhapatnam District inspite of petitioners’ generated above 7500 person days for the financial year 2017-2018 for the period i.e 01.07.2017 to 30.06.2018 as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, contrary to Lr.No.1090/EGS(FA)/2015, dt. 29.07.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to renew the petitioners contract of employment as Field Assistants working in their respective Gram Panchayats and pass such other order or orders……” 2. Sri Petluri Nagaraju, representing Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the Petitioners, would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, appearing for the 1st respondent, is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
