Present petition has been filed by the petitioners who are 123 in number, stating that they are pursuing Nursing and Paramedic Course with the respondent/institute known as KMC Nursing and Paramedic Institute. 3. It is submitted that the forms for submission on the portal were scheduled to be over by 31.07.2025 in view of the extended deadline, however, despite the petitioners having taken all the steps, their fee etc., could not be submitted on the portal and the examination forms could not be uploaded. It is stated that initially the fee fixed was Rs.2,500/- which was subsequently enhanced to Rs.3,000/-. 4. In short, the submission is that on account of the fact that there was inadvertent error in not uploading the forms within time, the deadline has expired. 5. Shri S.M. Singh Royekwar, learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that generally the institutes where the petitioners are pursuing their studies are negligent and do not upload the form within the time prescribed which leads to logistical challenge and crisis which is difficult to cope by the respondent, however, as a last gesture, the forms of the petitioners shall be accepted manually from 18.08.2025 to 21.08.2025, however, the fee shall be paid through Demand Draft in a consolidated manner through the institute where the petitioners are taking their education. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same. 7. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that he would ensure that physical forms alongwith requisite fee are submitted in consolidated manner by respondent no.3 on the date fixed i.e. 18.08.2025 to 21.08.2025, and shall also intimate to the petitioners/students. 8. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off directing that respondent no.3 shall submit the examination form alongwith requisite fee before respondent no.2 manually positively from 18.08.2025 to 21.08.2025 which shall be processed by respondent no.2 and the petitioners would be permitted to appear in the examination which are ensuing from 09.09.2025. 9. The Demand Draft shall be made in the name of Secretary, Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Lucknow. 10. As the facility is being extended to the present petitioners, respondent no.2 may also consider similarly placed students who would submit their forms on the dates in which the present petitioners have been allowed to submit the forms and the necessary publication to that extent shall be issued by respondent no.2 on the portal itself. 11. It is made clear that this is the last opportunity and no extension shall be granted. 12. This Court records appreciation for the fair stand taken by Shri S.M. Singh Royekwar, learned Additional Advocate General. The Court also records its appreciation for Shri Gyanendra Srivastava, Advocate in the manner this Court has been assisted. 13. This Court also warns that the institutes should not be negligent in future. 14. Copy of this order be issued to counsel for the parties today itself on payment of usual charges.
