Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed in the execution proceedings. 3. What transpires from record is that the JSCC Suit was decreed against the petitioner some time in the year 2015 through an ex-parte order. Thereafter, an application appears to have been filed which too was dismissed. The petitioner approached this Court by filing a writ petition being Matters Under Article 227 No.2951 of 2022 which was dismissed on 22.05.2025. No application has been filed for recall of the said order. 4. In view of the matter of the petitioner having been dismissed from all the Courts, no interference is called for in the order passed by the executing Court. 5.
