The petitioner claims for the benefit of 6th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2006. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical issues have already been decided by this Court by order dated 25.11.2025, in WPSS No. 2008 of 2025, Vijay Pal Singh Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, by which the petitioner has been directed to make a representation. He submits that the matter is squarely covered. This fact is admitted by learned counsel for the respondents. Since the identical issue has already been decided, the petition is decided in terms of the order dated 25.11.2025, passed in the case of Vijay Pal Singh (supra). Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make representation to the respondent no.2/Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation within three weeks from today. If petitioner makes representation within stipulated time, Managing Director shall consider his case for benefit of 6th Pay Commission and pass appropriate order, as per law, within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, along with representation.
