(Oral) Notice. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioners seek higher stage of pay, i.e. Rs.33,400/-, on completion of two years of regular service as Radiographer in accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022. 3. Petitioners were appointed as Radiographer on contract basis in the respondent-department on 11.09.2020 (Annexure P-1). Their services were regularized on 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-2). On being appointed on regular basis on 17.02.2022, petitioners were placed in the pay-scale of Rs.29,700/-. Petitioners claim for Rs.33,400/- on completion of two years of regular service on the strength of notification dated 06.09.2022, amending Revised Pay Rules 2022, is covered under the decision rendered in CWP No.1638 of 2024 titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Since, the present petition is covered in view of law laid down in the said case, therefore, there is no necessity for calling the reply. 4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.33,400/- to the petitioners w.e.f. their completing two years of regular service as Radiographer.
