JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 23.10.2025 Heard Mr. T. Marngar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant. Mr. N.C. Das, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. A. Das, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and Mr. M. Chetia, the learned Government Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent No. 2. 2. This is an application filed seeking extension of time for filing a review application as per the leave granted by this Court vide the judgment and order dated 25.03.2025 passed in CRP No. 102/2023 along with a set of other revision petitions. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that though this Court had passed the judgment and order on 25.03.2025, but was intimated to the applicant only on 23.04.2025, as would appear from a perusal of the forwarding letter issued by the counsel who earlier represented the applicant. 4. Taking into account the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the applicant herein is required to be granted some Page No.# 3/3 additional time for filing the review application. 5. Accordingly, this Court permits the applicant to file the review application on or before 24.11.2025. It is also observed that the review so permitted is in consonance with the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Grindlays Bank Ltd. Vs. Central Government Industrial Tribunal & Others reported in AIR 1981 SC 606. 6. With the above, the instant Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
