By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “It is therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may very kindly be allowed and the respondents Department be directed with a writ of Mandamus to accord the permission for converting the traditional Katha Bhatti to be up-grade with I.B.R. Katha Bhatti. Any such of further order/relief which the Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 3. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 that interest of justice would be served, in case, the respondents are directed to decide the representation that has been filed by the petitioner, appended with the writ petition as Annexure P-3, within some reasonable time. 4. In light of the prayer so made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner, be decided by the competent Authority, within a period of four weeks from today by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
