Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:32265 Court No. - 7 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1648 of 2025 Petitioner :- Karishma Respondent :- State Of Uttar Pradesh And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shatrughan Sonwal,Shivendu Ojha,Sr. Advocate Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer:- " (A) Issue an order or direction for declaring the Clause 7 (of Comment Section in Page No. 13) of General Instruction for Students as well as the Prarup-1 of the Advertisement No. PRPB:1 (150)/2023 dated 23.12.2023 as ultra-vires to the Article 14 and 16 Constitution of India." 2. It is argued that earlier a writ petition was filed by Shivani and 12 others before this Court being Writ A No. 1703 of 2025. In the said writ petition an order was passed on 19th February, 2025 by which the instructions were sought for. 3. Subsequent to the same after going through the instruction the writ petition was consigned to record vide order dated 20.02.2025. 4. It is informed by Sri Shivendu Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that original admit card has already been issued to the petitioner and she has already participated in physical test, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter and the petition has now become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
