The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging a show cause notice dated 26.07.2025, which was issued proposing to cancel the arms license. The said impugned order is also a suspension order. 3. Considering the fact that the notice impugned is only a show cause notice, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a reply to the said show cause notice within 15 days from today and in case, such reply is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the reply.
