In view of nature of order being passed hereinafter neither the reply is required to be called from respondents No.1 and 2, nor notice is required to be issued to respondent No.3. With consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Superintendent Grade-II in Sarkaghat Unit of the respondent-Corporation. His 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - grievance to the officer order dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure P- 1), whereunder he has been transferred to Dharmashala, vice respondent No.3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner has remained posted at Sarkaghat Unit from 14.01.2019 and thus, is liable to be transferred from his present place of posting. He further submits that petitioner is facing certain adverse family circumstances and he has highlighted those adverse family circumstances in his representation dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) made to respondent No.2, for seeking his suitable adjustment. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent/Competent Authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in a time bound schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the same. 5. Having regard to the above submissions, but without interfering with the transfer of respondent No.3 under the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the - 3 - petitioner, in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy, within a week.
