So far as petitions being Special Civil Application Nos.2793, 2643, 2565, 2626 and 2613 of 2025 are concerned, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the amount under the head of C/SCA/2561/2025 ORDER DATED: 30/07/2026 commuted pension has been paid to the employees and, therefore, the petitions would not survive. Hence the Special Civil Application Nos.2793, 2643, 2565, 2626 and 2613 of 2025 stand disposed of. Interim Relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith. No order as to costs. For rest of the petitions, learned advocate for the petitioners, upon instructions, submits that they are in process of payment to the respective respondents, however, she is not able to point out the exact period within which the payment shall be made.
