By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Case No.3240 of 2023 pending before the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No.08, Lucknow. 3. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and also taking note of the extracts of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record as Annexure No.2, it appears that the matter was referred to the mediation centre, which did not find favour and the matter has been returned for being contested on merits and it is now fixed for filing of written statement. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances where the pleadings have not yet been completed, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to entertain the petition, however, it will be open for the petitioner to move an application before the Court concerned, which needless to say would consider and pass appropriate orders. 5.
