The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i)- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider and decide the petitioner's Application bearing Copying Folio No. 9771 on 20.04.2024 and Copying Folio No. 27716 on 19.11.2024 pending before the opposite party no.2 and to issue the certified copies of the order dated 29.08.2002, passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Faizabad (now Ayodhya), in Case No. 3033/737/505 Village Mauja Bachrampur, Pargana- Paschim Rath, Tehsil - Bikapur, District- Faizabad (now Ayodhya) recorded in Village Chakbandi Goshwara at serial no.419 under the opposite party no.2, strictly in accordance with law within a short reasonable time to be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3.
